Simon Cooke, a  former costumed vigilante, has hung up his cape for good to live life as a “normal” civilian. But the emotional and sexual repression left over from his superhero career is making that very difficult. Meanwhile, the power vacuum left in his absence proves to be a challenge all its own for the seedy underworld denizens of Saturn City.
