NYCC STARTS TODAY WITH A SPECIAL EVENT!

It’s the first official day of New York Comic Con and #MOA are starting the panels off early! Bonus: If you are a #Teacher#Educator or #Librarian hitting the con today you will have access to this special event. It’s a free, ticketed event at The New York Public Library and will feature intimate talks with Man Of Action Entertainment and Image ComicsBOOM! StudiosScholasticValiant, CBC, the American Library Association, and more, in the iconic Stephen A. Schwarzman building in Bryant Park. With panels and workshops on #comics lesson planning, creating a gaming space in your local library, and using books to spark political interest in students, #NYCC professional programming in the New York Public Library will provide librarians and educators with new and exciting ways to connect to their students and patrons.

This is a free, ticketed event for #librarians#teachers, and #educators, which will take place on Thursday, October 5 from 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM at New York Public Library’s Bryant Park location, which is located near the 7 Train at 476 5th Avenue (enter at 42nd Street near 5th Avenue). An NYCC professional badge is required for entry (your badge is your ticket!).
